Victoria Humphries
Polar Explorer, 3x Guinness World Record Holder and all round 'normal person'
Victoria Humphries is a polar adventurer, three times Guinness World Record holder, mountain climber, marathon runner, author, business woman and 'just a normal’ person.
She prides herself on being just your average woman who happens to believe that Anything is Possible if you put your mind to it.
As a member of the first all-women's expedition to the North Pole, Victoria found herself facing real adversity - dealing with temperatures of -40oC, constantly shifting ice streams, extreme weather and a critical 'life or death' situation when she fell through the ice into the Arctic Ocean.
She lived to tell the tale and as a speaker now uses her real-life experiences from her numerous adventures (and 25+ years as a teacher, consultant, trainer and Managing Director) to help people to use their lived experiences to build their resilience, overcome adversity and conquer challenges, particularly in their businesses.
Her key note session is set to be a highlight of the event so be prepared to be inspired and amazed at her story - not to be missed!

KJohn Acton

We're delighted to be welcoming John Acton as our MC for the day!
John is no stranger to supporting events as the Master of Ceremonies and during the last 10 years he has performed this role at events from 50 delegates to over 1,000 in the UK, Europe and beyond.
He has chaired Panel Discussions, facilitated and led workshops and delivered business focussed sessions at a wide range of business events over many years so we're in good hands!
In addition, John has 30 years experience of working in senior leadership roles within global organisations including MD of the DPD Group as well as setting up his own consultancy and training company.
Guaranteed to offer some good insight to the sessions and keep the pace moving thoughout the day!
